Raga seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Murphy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Raga looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Murphy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Raga throws a big counter combination but Murphy scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Raga is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Murphy's half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bina Raga overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Murphy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Raga gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Raga is looking to advance position but Murphy has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Let's hope that Murphy has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Murphy might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Raga haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Cathail Murphy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Raga takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Raga throws a nice looking combination but Murphy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Raga shoots in looking for a takedown. Murphy tries to sprawl out of it but Raga keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Murphy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Raga thuds his right hand into Murphy's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Murphy closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Raga postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Murphy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Raga, into his guard.


Raga is working an open guard so Murphy takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Murphy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raga moves away.

Raga half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Murphy misses with a few strikes there.
Murphy moves in looking to clinch but Raga pushes him off.

Murphy shoots for a takedown but Raga saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Raga looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Bina Raga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cathail Murphy.
