The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dix leaves Yueng with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dix misses with a body punch

and Yueng counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dix won't be happy with that.
Dix pushes Yueng away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Yueng gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
