No luck for Pipes with that takedown attempt.

We've been hearing reports that Pipes has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

A lazy left from Ballistics finds it's target.
Nice defenses there by Pipes.
Pipes darts in looking for a takedown but Ballistics gets double underhooks and turns Pipes into the cage.
Pipes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ballistics.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ballistics tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pipes wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Ballistics is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Pipes is staying active.
