Nice uppercut lands for Barton. That snapped Tremblay's head back.
Tremblay tries to close the distance and clinch but Barton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tremblay takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Barton lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Barton throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Tremblay's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Barton dives in looking to finish as Tremblay flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Barton's strikes! Barton is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Tremblay's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Tremblay was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Warren Barton!
