The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
FilsAime throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
A big right from Murderer misses.
Murderer misses with a takedown attempt - FilsAime sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Murderer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
FilsAime throws a right and a left that both miss.
FilsAime throws the kick towards the body but Murderer avoids it.

FilsAime gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Murderer wants a takedown but no success here.
Murderer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. FilsAime smiles and moves away.
Jonte FilsAime has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Killer Murderer.
FilsAime throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
FilsAime will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Murderer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
FilsAime tries to buck Murderer off but Murderer is having none of it.

Murderer stands up and we're back to a striking position.
FilsAime is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Murderer.

Murderer looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for FilsAime!
FilsAime is trying to escape the mount.
Murderer throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
FilsAime tries to hold on but Murderer postures up.
Murderer thowing shots but they're missing.
FilsAime tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Murderer working for a submission but FilsAime is keeping him at bay.
Murderer can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as FilsAime is looking to escape.

Murderer has hold of FilsAime's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and FilsAime manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Murderer throws some wild stikes that FilsAime manages to avoid easily.

Murderer is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. FilsAime can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Murderer avoids the attempt from FilsAime to control.
FilsAime keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Murderer thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Murderer prevents FilsAime from getting the reversal.
FilsAime is trying to reverse the position but instead Murderer has taken his back - oops!
FilsAime breaks Murderer's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Murderer has his foot on FilsAime's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. FilsAime works his way back into a safe position though.

FilsAime thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
FilsAime postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

FilsAime is sitting in close to Murderer's body. Murderer has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! FilsAime is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, FilsAime is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Murderer.
