Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Filipovic's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Wild Boys. Emelianenko has chosen Pride Theme as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Fedor Emelianenko has been cut.
Filipovic stuffs the takedown attempt from Emelianenko. Emelianenko gets slowly back to his feet.
Emelianenko shoots in for a takedown but Filipovic shows good takedown defense.
Filipovic fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Emelianenko.
Emelianenko misses with a takedown attempt - Filipovic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mirko Filipovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Emelianenko.
Emelianenko looks gassed!
Emelianenko steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Filipovic. That one must have hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Emelianenko wants to break the clinch but can't.

Filipovic lands a head kick that stumbles Emelianenko and the fighters go to the mat.

Filipovic gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Emelianenko is still on wobbly legs! Can Filipovic finish him?
Emelianenko drops his hands momentarily and Filipovic needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Emelianenko just on the top of the head. Emelianenko drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Emelianenko - he's done!
