Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huge drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Huge passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Huge working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Huge working the ground and pound but Lacerda is defending the strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Huge advances nicely into full mount.
Huge connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Lacerda throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Huge looking to secure an arm triangle but Lacerda defends it well.

Huge has control of Lacerda's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lacerda regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Lacerda tries to lock up and control but Huge gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Huge pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Huge looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Huge working for a guillotine from mount but Lacerda is in no mood to give up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lacerda wants to control but Huge is having none of it.
Huge cracks Lacerda with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lacerda is wriggling around trying to escape.

Lacerda sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Huge is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lacerda is just riding it out for now. Huge eventually gives up the hold.

Huge sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Huge working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Huge slips a nice elbow through Lacerda's hands, connecting with Lacerda's forehead.
Huge winds up and cracks Lacerda with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Lacerda is not content to let Huge control the position.
Huge passes into side control, despite Lacerda's attempt to control the position.
Lacerda tries to buck Huge off but Huge is having none of it.
