Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tua Taamu (ranked 2042 p4p, 2357 weight class) and Chase Morgan (ranked 260 p4p, 300 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chase Morgan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tua Taamu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chase Morgan!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and James Atkins.

Morgan keeps the fight on the outside.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Taamu.
Taamu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Taamu tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morgan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Taamu throws a looping overhand right but Morgan ducks down to avoid it.
Good work by Taamu as he checks the leg kick.
Taamu throws a sloppy head kick and Morgan moves out of range easily.
A little jabbing left from Morgan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Morgan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Morgan has Taamu pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Morgan pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Taamu tumbling to the mat - Morgan dives into Taamu's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Chase Morgan.
