Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Erico Munhoz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Euclides Cunhha!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunhha shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Munhoz as he jumps to the side.
Cunhha shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Munhoz but Munhoz pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Erico Munhoz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Euclides Cunhha.
Munhoz shoots in and bounces Cunhha off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Munhoz postures up and lands a big shot to Cunhha's brow.
Cunhha keeping moving, preventing Munhoz from controlling successfully.
Cunhha controls Munhoz momentarily but Munhoz frees himself.
Cunhha thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Munhoz wants to pass the guard but Cunhha is keeping the position.

Munhoz is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Cunhha has his foot on Munhoz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Munhoz works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cunhha looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Munhoz content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Munhoz would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Munhoz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cunhha is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Munhoz frees his head nicely. Oh but Cunhha has switched to an armbar! Munhoz is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
