Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Jordans (ranked 24344 p4p, 24630 weight class) and TwoPiece Soda (ranked 634 p4p, 616 weight class). TwoPiece Soda will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, TwoPiece Soda!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jordans connects with a leg kick.
Soda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jordans swivels and escapes.
Soda tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jordans sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Soda somewhat.
Soda closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jordans circles away.
Samuel Jordans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of TwoPiece Soda.

Jordans throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Soda tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jordans is in Soda's guard.
Jordans is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Soda wants to stand up but Jordans is controlling him.

Jordans feints a jab promting Soda to slip. Jordans then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Soda slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
TwoPiece Soda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Soda shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jordans as he jumps to the side.
Jordans looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Jordans closes the distance and pushes Soda back into the cage.
Soda tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Jordans avoids it.
Soda has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jordans avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Soda misses with a hook to the ribs.

Jordans pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Soda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jordans swivels and escapes.
Jordans looks to land a combination. Soda sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Jordans moves into the clinch.

Jordans has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Soda clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jordans has the hooks in. Soda is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Jordans looking to break Soda's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Soda remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Jordans will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Soda rolls, trying to escape but Jordans keeps control of the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jordans seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Soda for as long as he can get away with.

Jordans gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jordans gets to his feet. Soda looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Soda tries to keep at a distance but Jordans has taken the fight into the clinch.

The fighters circle momentarily. Jordans darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like TwoPiece Soda has been cut.
Jordans clobbers Soda with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Soda fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jordans is looking to counter the offense by Soda and move into the clinch.
Samuel Jordans is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Soda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jordans tries to avoid it but Soda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jordans to the ground. Jordans escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Soda throws a shot from downtown. Jordans moves away and avoids it.
Soda tries to close the distance and clinch but Jordans swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jordans slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Jordans takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Soda shoots in but Jordans avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Jordans moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
