The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
da shoots in for a takedown but Iakopa shows good takedown defense.
A bone on bone clash there as da blocks the leg kick.

Iakopa tries to bum rush da with a series of wild strikes but da uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A jab-cross combination lands for Iakopa and sends da crashing to the mat! Iakopa follows him down to the mat - da regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
It looks like t da has been cut.
Iakopa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for da on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kami Iakopa will probably get the nod.
