A jab from Maeda finds it's way through Alzamora's defenses.
Maeda scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Andre Alzamora has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Alzamora.
Alzamora thumps Maeda with a low kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Alzamora. That snapped Maeda's head back.
Maeda lands with a nice combination. Alzamora backs away looking to recover.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A shot to the body from Maeda misses
and Alzamora counters with an outside leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Maeda crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Alzamora - the referee stops the clock and Maeda gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Alzamora. Maeda manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Alzamora smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Alzamora connects with a right that clearly hurt Maeda. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Alzamora proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Maeda collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Andre Alzamora really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Ma Balls Is Hot Clothing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Thomas Maeda spoke after the fight, saying 'Through Japanese translator to English. "My opponent was better today. I will not underestimate him next time"'.
