Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Fernandez (ranked 4627 p4p, 5480 weight class) and Elliot Johnson (ranked 422 p4p, 450 weight class). Johnson has chosen Tyron Woodley as his entrance music. Elliot Johnson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fernandez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A right-left combo lands from Johnson.
It looks like Mickey Fernandez has been cut.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fernandez.
Fernandez tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fernandez has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Fernandez bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Johnson's guard.
Fernandez drops back looking for a leg! Johnson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Johnson manages to kick Fernandez off! Fernandez jumps back into Johnson's guard.

Fernandez drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Johnson dives on top into guard.
Johnson won't allow Fernandez to sweep him here.
Johnson is sitting in close to Fernandez's body. Fernandez has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Johnson is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Johnson is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Fernandez.
