Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Anthony Johnson (ranked 6648 p4p, 3450 weight class) and Irvine Kinneas (ranked 97 p4p, 61 weight class). Kinneas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Judas Priest - Electric Eye. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 21 - 1, fighting out of New York, Anthony Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Irvine Kinneas!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.

Kinneas lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Kinneas throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson moves out of range easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kinneas has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Irvine Kinneas has been cut.
Johnson just misses with a punch to the body.
Kinneas throws the kick towards the body but Johnson avoids it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Kinneas counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Johnson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kinneas.
Kinneas tries to score with a low kick but Johnson moves his leg out of the way.

Kinneas has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.

and Johnson counters with a nice body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Irvine Kinneas seems to be getting the better of the standup.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Kinneas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kinneas scores with a kick to the body.

Kinneas looks low and kicks high, catching Johnson right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

Kinneas lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Johnson goes down! The ref sends Kinneas to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Johnson is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Kinneas throws a push kick but Johnson slaps the foot to one side.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
