And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jani Haimakainen!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haimakainen tries to close the distance and clinch but wingy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Haimakainen misses with a straight right.
Haimakainen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Haimakainen looks gassed!
Nice takedown defense from Haimakainen. No joy for wingy on that attempt.

Haimakainen shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Haimakainen is figuring out what he wants to do next.
wingy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Haimakainen is working away from the top position though.

Haimakainen throws a head kick but wingy moves out of range.
wingy fakes the leg kick and cracks Haimakainen in the body.

It looks like Jani Haimakainen has been cut.
wingy tries to close the distance and clinch but Haimakainen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Haimakainen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
wingy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
wingy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haimakainen's waist but Haimakainen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing wingy off to one side.
wingy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Haimakainen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Haimakainen pushes wingy up against the cage in a clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
wingy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
wingy tries to pull guard but Haimakainen holds him up against the cage and eventually wingy drops back down to his feet.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The cut man is working on Jani Haimakainen's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Haimakainen throws a jab when wingy was well out of range.

Haimakainen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Haimakainen is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Haimakainen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with wingy, pushing him back against the cage.

wingy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Haimakainen smiles and moves away.
Suck wingy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Haimakainen misses with an attempted mid kick.
Haimakainen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but wingy circles away quickly and effectively.
Haimakainen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Haimakainen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Haimakainen swats away the attempt to clinch by wingy.
wingy slips under a jab.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jani Haimakainen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Haimakainen has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
