Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shadow Moon (ranked 4117 p4p, 7452 weight class) and Elijah Freshour (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shadow Moon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elijah Freshour!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.

Moon bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Freshour's head.
Freshour shoots in for a takedown but Moon shows good takedown defense.
Shadow Moon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moon misses with a straight left.
Freshour unleashes a big counter combination but Moon bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Moon lands with an uppercut that bounces Freshour off the cage and back into range.
Freshour takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Freshour uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Moon.
Moon lands a jab-cross combination.
Freshour is rocked!

Freshour is still on wobbly legs! Can Moon finish him?
Freshour tries for a takedown but Moon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Moon moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Freshour.
Shadow Moon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elijah Freshour.
Freshour walks straight into a right hand from Moon - that's dropped him! Moon jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Freshour from any more punishment! Freshour complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Shadow Moon!
