Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Larry Gayle (ranked 6092 p4p, 4761 weight class) and Armands Kukuvass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gayle has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Armands Kukuvass will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Kukuvass throws a head kick but Gayle moves out of range.
Gayle gets caught flat footed, as Kukuvass shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Kukuvass is standing up over Gayle. Gayle looks to escape but Kukuvass dives into side control.
Gayle stops Kukuvass from passing to mount.
Gayle is not content to let Kukuvass control the position.
Kukuvass looks up at the clock and then as Gayle takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kukuvass smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kukuvass has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Gayle!
Gayle tries to hold on but Kukuvass postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gayle is wriggling around trying to escape.
Gayle tries to control the position but Kukuvass now has his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gayle is breathing heavily.
Kukuvass has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Gayle's body.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Will Kukuvass go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Kukuvass might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gayle haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Kukuvass is trying to stick to Gayle's back but Gayle is turning into Kukuvass. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Kukuvass's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Gayle.

Kukuvass shoots in for a double leg but Gayle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kukuvass shoots for a takedown but Gayle saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kukuvass is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gayle is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kukuvass to the mat. Kukuvass regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Gayle is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
