Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Neil Jules (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michel Le Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neil Jules has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Tyson doesn't manage to clinch there - Jules circles away.
Le Tyson misses with an uppercut.
Jules lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Le Tyson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jules to the mat! Jules manages to get full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Le Tyson postures up in Jules's guard and throws a big left but Jules blocks it.

Jules has his foot on Le Tyson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Le Tyson works his way back into a safe position though.

Jules is trying to keep Le Tyson in close.

Jules is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Jules has had enough of the clinch but Le Tyson keeps him there for the moment.
Jules has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Le Tyson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Jules is trying to maintain a safe position but Le Tyson gets an underhook and turns Jules into the cage.
Le Tyson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Le Tyson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jules could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Le Tyson catches Jules napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Jules to the canvas!

It looks like Neil Jules has been cut.
Jules is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jules escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Le Tyson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jules has momentary wrist control but Le Tyson slips an elbow through the middle.
Le Tyson tries to free his leg and advance position but Jules is retaining full guard.

Jules working for a triangle but Le Tyson defends it easily.
Le Tyson cracks Jules with a solid left hand.
Le Tyson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jules is proving hard to escape from.

Jules escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Le Tyson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Le Tyson drops back looking for a leg! Jules is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jules manages to kick Le Tyson off! Le Tyson jumps back into Jules's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Le Tyson wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jules's closed guard. He's half up but Jules has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jules pivots and extends the arm, Le Tyson falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jules! Well done that man!
