And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dillon Van Barle!

Van Barle is trying to counter with his kicks.

Van Den Born throws a lazy right hand but Van Barle sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Van Den Born tests Van Barle's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dillon Van Barle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Van Den Born slips a jab and a cross from Van Barle.

and Van Den Born counters with a nice right hand that sends Van Barle toppling to the canvas! Van Barle scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Van Den Born finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Van Den Born throws a right hand that Van Barle ducks under and follows up with a left that Van Barle also avoids with ease.
Van Barle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Van Den Born throws out the jab.
Van Barle only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Van Den Born pounces like a tiger and cracks Van Barle with a vicious hook! Van Barle is down but not out! Van Den Born follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ko Van Den Born!
Ko Van Den Born decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
