Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kentrell Turner (ranked 3119 p4p, 6078 weight class) and Leonard Hamtilon (ranked 396 p4p, 596 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kentrell Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Leonard Hamtilon!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

Hamtilon is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Turner.
Hamtilon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Turner tries to counter by clinching up but Hamtilon breaks away and moves out of range.

Hamtilon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Turner's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hamtilon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hamtilon is in close to Turner's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Hamtilon not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hamtilon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Turner swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hamtilon not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Turner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hamtilon circles away quickly and effectively.

Hamtilon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Turner napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Hamtilon has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hamtilon shoots in but Turner avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Turner seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Hamtilon manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Turner on his heels. He'll look to pass Turner's guard now, I'm sure.

Kentrell Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leonard Hamtilon.
Hamtilon closes the distance and clinches up with Turner, looking for a takedown. Hamtilon pushes Turner against the cage but Turner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hamtilon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Turner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Hamtilon looks up at the clock and then as Turner takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hamtilon smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hamtilon cracks Turner with an elbow. That is naaassty.
The referee asks Hamtilon politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hamtilon prefers to stall for the moment though.
Turner is trying to get back to half guard.
We've been informed that Hamtilon has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Turner wants to get back to his feet but Hamtilon is dominant here and he's now got Turner's back!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hamtilon is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Turner has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hamtilon holds on and takes a little breather.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hamtilon is on top in guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hamtilon thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Leonard Hamtilon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Hamtilon is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Turner pushes Hamtilon off but Hamtilon dives into side control.

Hamtilon has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Hamtilon takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Hamtilon throws an elbow that misses. Turner uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hamtilon's guard. Nice move by Turner!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hamtilon can do anything to dispel that myth.
