Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn blocks a head kick by Paine.
Paine forces Penn back against the cage and clinches.
Paine has Penn pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Paine pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Penn tumbling to the mat - Paine dives into Penn's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Penn wants to sweep here but Paine controlling him for the moment.
Paine must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Penn is on top in guard.
Paine keeping full guard, as Penn tries to pass.
Penn working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Paine is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Penn tries to free his leg and advance position but Paine is retaining full guard.
Penn passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Penn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Paine keeps working.
Paine is pushing Penn's head away, looking to escape. Penn manages to hold on to the position though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Paine is not content to let Penn control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Paine thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Penn if he has to take too many more of those.
Paine clinches.
Paine lands a takedown into guard.
Penn is trying to keep Paine in close.
Paine tries to stand but Penn is controlling from the bottom.
Penn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Paine's guard.
Paine wants to stand up but Penn is controlling him.
Penn controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Penn trying to control the position from guard on top but Paine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Penn won't allow Paine to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Penn wants to control from the top but Paine keeps moving.
Paine wants to get back to his feet but Penn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Penn is pushing down on Paine's leg trying to pass to half guard. Paine is fighting to maintain full guard but Penn has managed to sneak the leg through.
Paine really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Penn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Penn passes to side control.
Paine wants to get back to his feet.
Paine looks gassed!
Paine dodges the ground and pound from Penn.
Paine tries to escape but Penn is in control.
Penn has an Americana. Paine didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Penn is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Penn hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
