Dixon misses with a straight right.
Malayon changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Malayon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dixon.
Malayon is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Malayon manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dixon on his heels. He'll look to pass Dixon's guard now, I'm sure.

Malayon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Malayon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Malayon slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
