Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leon Johnson (ranked 5741 p4p, 7369 weight class) and Killua Zoldyck (ranked 475 p4p, 530 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Leon Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Killua Zoldyck!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zoldyck lands with an uppercut that bounces Johnson off the cage and back into range.
Johnson fails to land the takedown.
Zoldyck fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Johnson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Johnson enables Zoldyck to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Johnson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zoldyck controls from within his opponent's guard.
Zoldyck stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Johnson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zoldyck controls the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson wants to hit a sweep here but Zoldyck passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Johnson there!

Let's hope that Zoldyck has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson is trying desperately to improve position.
Johnson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Johnson manages to control the position for a moment.
Zoldyck controlling the position easily from mount.
Zoldyck's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Johnson tries to hold on but Zoldyck pushes him away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Johnson is trying desperately to improve position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Killua Zoldyck dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Zoldyck cracks a nice hook into Johnson's ribs.

Johnson moves forwards but Zoldyck connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Johnson scoring well with a low kick there.
Zoldyck cracks Johnson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Zoldyck scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Johnson tries to clinch
and Zoldyck counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zoldyck lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson throws a series of punches but Zoldyck avoids them all with ease.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.
Leon Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch lands to the side of Johnson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Leon Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Zoldyck lands with a cross.

Zoldyck connects with a jab.
Zoldyck showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Johnson.
Zoldyck appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Johnson thows a leg kick but Zoldyck checks it
and Zoldyck counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Zoldyck shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense.
Killua Zoldyck seems to be getting the better of the standup.

and Zoldyck counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Zoldyck connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Johnson momentarily.
Johnson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Zoldyck manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zoldyck looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Zoldyck persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing.

and Zoldyck makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Johnson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson tries to clinch up but Zoldyck circles away and keeps his distance.
Johnson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Johnson throws a leg kick
and Zoldyck counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Zoldyck connects with the punch.
Some wild striking there from Johnson.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zoldyck! But no joy.

It seemed like Zoldyck was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Johnson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Zoldyck checks it well.
Zoldyck lands a nice shot that snaps Johnson's head back.

A little jabbing left from Zoldyck on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Zoldyck moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Johnson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Zoldyck lands with a nice body punch.
Johnson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Zoldyck scores with a sloppy right hand. Johnson should have avoided that one.
Zoldyck slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Johnson throws a lazy head kick
and Zoldyck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Johnson lands with a right hand.
Zoldyck tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Johnson defends well and Zoldyck ends up having to push Johnson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Leon Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Killua Zoldyck.
Johnson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Johnson looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
The fighters circle momentarily. Zoldyck darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Zoldyck scores with the left hand. Johnson knows he should have avoided that one.

Zoldyck uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Johnson.
Johnson takes one on the button.
Johnson motions for Zoldyck to come forward. Johnson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A little jabbing left from Zoldyck on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Zoldyck cracks Johnson with a good jab.
Johnson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Zoldyck to score with a decent uppercut.
Zoldyck digs a good hook to Johnson's body.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zoldyck circles away quickly and effectively.

Zoldyck lands a nice shot that snaps Johnson's head back.
Johnson throws a head kick that misses
enabling Zoldyck to counter with a crisp jab.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zoldyck fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Johnson on the side of the head.
Johnson takes a swing at Zoldyck's ribcage but misses.
Zoldyck takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Killua Zoldyck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Zoldyck throws out a counter right but Johnson avoids it with no problem.
Johnson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Johnson misses with a hook. Zoldyck ducked under it nicely.

Zoldyck catches Johnson napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Johnson to the canvas!
Zoldyck is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Killua Zoldyck has got the better of the ground game so far.

Johnson tries to get to full guard but Zoldyck has control of the leg.
Zoldyck frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Johnson is looking to improve his position but Zoldyck isn't that keen on the idea.

Johnson tries to lock up and control but Zoldyck gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Killua Zoldyck is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Killua Zoldyck comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Zoldyck has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
