Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Mc Auley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cole comes to the cage accompanied by Wonderfull Days. Mc Auley has chosen Heaven and Hell as his entrance music. Brian Mc Auley looks lathargic as he enters the arena. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cole misses with an uppercut. Mc Auley saw that one coming.

Cole drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cole jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Cole tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mc Auley swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Cole feints and as Mc Auley raises his hands in defense, Cole changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Cole uses his free foot to push down on Mc Auley's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Mc Auley.
