The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newson tries to clinch up.

and Newson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Insano won't be happy with that.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Insano tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Newson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Insano looks gassed!
Newson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Insano paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Insano takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A jab lands there for Newson.
Newson thuds his right hand into Insano's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Newson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Insano drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Newson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Insano's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
