The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wasa shoots in looking for a takedown. Trinidad tries to sprawl out of it but Wasa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Trinidad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wasa lands with a hook. Trinidad tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Felix Trinidad has been cut.
Trinidad misses with an uppercut. Wasa saw that one coming.
Trinidad misses the jab.
Trinidad walks into a jab.
Wasa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Trinidad pinned against the cage. Trinidad gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wasa blocks a jab.

Trinidad slips under a jab.
Trinidad throws out a loose jab but Wasa uses good head movement to avoid it.

Trinidad throws a hook to the side of Wasa's head but Wasa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Wasa drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Trinidad's head, knocking him out cold! Wasa is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
