Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Demi Dawn (ranked 3200 p4p, 3335 weight class) and Ferdinando Branca (ranked 396 p4p, 413 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Demi Dawn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ferdinando Branca!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

Branca misses with a body kick.
Ferdinando Branca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Branca throws a sloppy head kick and Dawn moves out of range easily.
Dawn is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Branca.
Dawn is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dawn lands a jab.
It looks like Ferdinando Branca has been cut.

Dawn drops Branca with a beautiful combination! Branca stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dawn is looking for the KO!

Branca clinches up with Dawn and pushes him back against the cage.

Dawn is pressed up against the cage. Branca has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dawn down to the mat. Dawn avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Dawn cracks Branca with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Branca looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dawn finish him?
Branca tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dawn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Branca somewhat.

Dawn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Branca.
Branca has managed to clinch.
Branca avoids a wild elbow strike from Dawn.
Branca changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dawn fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Demi Dawn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ferdinando Branca.
Dawn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Branca.

Branca throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Branca takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Dawn darts in and clinches Branca up against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Dawn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Branca's brow.

Dawn lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Branca backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dawn struggles to land a body shot inside as Branca controls his hands.
Dawn comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Dawn tries to work over Branca's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Dawn digs a right hand underneath Branca's ribcage. Branca let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Dawn lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Branca backwards.
Branca tries to pull guard but Dawn holds him up against the cage and eventually Branca drops back down to his feet.
A nice left hand lands by Dawn.

Branca tries to work over Dawn's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

That has opened up Ferdinando Branca's cut even more.
Dawn misses with a body punch.
Branca is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dawn gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Dawn lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Dawn lands an elbow that stopped Branca in his tracks for a moment.
The cut above Ferdinando Branca's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Dawn gets underhooks to prevent Branca's takedown attempt.

Ferdinando Branca's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Nice body punch from Dawn - that landed with a thud.

Branca goes for a takedown attempt but Dawn pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Branca closes the distance and pushes Dawn back into the cage.

Dawn digs a right hand into Branca's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Branca's gas tank.
Dawn pushes Branca back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dawn creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Branca's defenses.
Branca goes for a takedown attempt but Dawn pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dawn looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dawn lands a big uppercut and Branca crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Branca looks OK. Dawn waves Branca back to his feet!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ferdinando Branca's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Demi Dawn!
An out of breath Demi Dawn thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
