Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Newt Diaz (ranked 6757 p4p, 3750 weight class) and Freddy Fred (ranked 615 p4p, 447 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Im a soldier. Newt Diaz has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Diaz throws a jab when Fred was well out of range.

Fred appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Diaz closes the distance and clinches.

That kick from Fred tenderised Diaz's leg. Diaz is trying to keep his angry face on.

Diaz clinches up with Fred and pushes him back against the cage.
Fred tries to break the clinch but Diaz is controlling the position.
