As Layton tries to get set, Gouveia tries to push him back and clinch up but Layton manages to avoid the attempt.
Layton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Layton cracks Gouveia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Pascal Gouveia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Layton counters with a crisp right hand that drops Gouveia! Layton lets Gouveia back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Gouveia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
