Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Torcadall Sailcirc (ranked 1372 p4p, 966 weight class) and Robert Drummond (ranked 207 p4p, 153 weight class). Sailcirc's entrance music is THE SCOTTS. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

Sailcirc goes for a double leg but Drummond avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Drummond continues to drive forward.
Sailcirc dives in and grabs Drummond 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Drummond pushes down on Sailcirc's head and hops out.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Drummond ! But no joy.

Sailcirc is really struggling to control Drummond but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Drummond is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've been hearing good reports from Sailcirc's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

The crowd cheers as Drummond lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sailcirc doesn't seem phased though.

Sailcirc lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Sailcirc shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Sailcirc wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Drummond is now in half guard.
Drummond looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sailcirc with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Drummond takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
