Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zhan Dhelan (ranked 554 p4p, 544 weight class) and Taylor Jack (ranked 70 p4p, 68 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jack's choice of entrance music: Lucid Dreams. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Zhan Dhelan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Taylor Jack!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and William Gold.

Jack avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dhelan swings away with a body shot that misses
enabling Jack to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Zhan Dhelan has been cut.
Jack slips a jab from Dhelan.
Dhelan throws a hook to the side of Jack's head but Jack sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dhelan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

We've been hearing good reports from Dhelan's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Dhelan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jack is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Zhan Dhelan will probably get the nod.

Dhelan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dhelan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jack tries to avoid it but Dhelan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jack to the ground. Jack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dhelan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jack looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

and Jack counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Dhelan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Jack ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Dhelan out cold! The fight is over!

After winning the bout, Taylor Jack thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
