Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Nana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nana is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Diamonds From Sierra Leone. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Prince Nana was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nana tries to bum rush Bear with a series of wild strikes but Bear uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bear thows a body shot but no joy.
Nana misses with a wild combination.
Nana will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nana's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Nana duly obliges.
Nana fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nana looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Nana instigates a clinch.
Nana wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bear is working for takedown but Nana is calmly controlling the position for now.
Nana has had enough of the clinch but Bear keeps him there for the moment.

Bear escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nana fails to land with a series of punches.

Bear closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bear lands in his opponent's guard.

Bear avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bear trying to control but Nana is working from the bottom.
Nana wants to stand and escape but Bear is having none of it.

Bear might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bear postures up in Nana's guard and throws a big left but Nana blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bear accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bear chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nana can pounce on him.
Bear takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Nana is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bear shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nana's guard.

Bear drops back, looking for a kneebar! Nana looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Nana looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Nana!
Nana taking a break here but Bear is having none of it and regains half guard.
Bear is concentrating on defense, preventing Nana from advancing position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bear gets full guard.
Bear is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nana is controlling him.
Bear looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nana is one step ahead there.

Bear manages to escape and get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bear drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bear wants to control from the top but Nana keeps moving.
Nana wants to hit a switch here but Bear passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Nana there!
Nana really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Prince Nana will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Nana is looking to clinch.

Bear looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Nana!
Bear lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Nana defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bear.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nana is looking to get to half guard.
Bear is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Nana can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Bear pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Nana wants to hold on but Bear pushes him away.
Nana is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Bear scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Nana?

It looks like Prince Nana has been cut.
Nana is breathing heavily.
Bear lands a nice shot to the head.

That has opened up Prince Nana's cut even more.
Bear scoring with strikes but Nana is staying in there.

The cut above Prince Nana's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nana really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Bear putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Prince Nana's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Prince Nana's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Max Bear!
