Jaegerjaquez lands a jab.

It looks like George Pierre has been cut.
Jaegerjaquez works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A telegraphed right hand from Jaegerjaquez misses the target.
Pierre fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Pierre counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Pierre prevents Jaegerjaquez from standing back up.
Jaegerjaquez trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Pierre decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Jaegerjaquez throws a hook to the side of Pierre's head but Pierre sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jaegerjaquez goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
The fighters circling - Jaegerjaquez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Pierre looks to land a combination but Jaegerjaquez avoids it well.
Jaegerjaquez dips to his left and cracks Pierre with an uppercut!

Pierre scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Pierre looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jaegerjaquez wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Pierre decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Jaegerjaquez feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pierre sprawling to the canvas! Pierre rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jaegerjaquez finish him?!

Pierre is rocked!

Pierre gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Jaegerjaquez gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Pierre is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
