Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Albert Querque!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Tug!

It looks like Albert Querque has been cut.

Querque darts in and clinches Tug up against the cage.

Querque has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Tug clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Querque knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tug on the ground.
Tug tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Tug tries to lock up and control but Querque gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Querque looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tug is trying to maintain the position but Querque is very close to passing his half guard.
Tug wants to get back to full guard but Querque has mounted him!
Querque tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Tug is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tug wants to hold on but Querque pushes him away.

Querque wants to control the pace but Tug is squirming around nicely.
Querque takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Tug tries to lock up and control but Querque gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Tug decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Tug scores with a hook to the body. Querque takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tug lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tug.
Mark Tug seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tug enables Querque to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tug manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Querque tries to free his leg and advance position but Tug is retaining full guard.

Tug has his feet on Querque's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Tug looks to land a body kick but Querque moved away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tug throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Tug lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Querque at a distance.
Tug lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Querque avoids the head kick by Tug.
Querque seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Tug digs a good hook to Querque's body.
Querque takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Tug gets caught flat footed, as Querque shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Querque has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Tug tries to land a front kick but Querque steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Tug throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Tug throws a sloppy head kick and Querque moves out of range easily.

Querque shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tug manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Querque wants to free his trapped foot but Tug is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Tug has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Querque is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Tug.
Tug tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Querque throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Tug is being controlled here.

Querque throws an elbow but Tug slips to the side and avoids it well.

Querque is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Querque connects with a nice short shot to Tug's temple.
Tug has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Querque is working away from the top position though.

Querque slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Tug is trying to control the position but Querque postures up.
Querque is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Querque closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tug circles away.
Tug lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Tug throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Querque takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Albert Querque's cut is getting worse.
Tug dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tug shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Querque eats them both and turns towards Tug to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Tug works over Querque's head and body with a nice combination.

A head kick misses from Tug.
Querque drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Tug stalks Querque and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Querque's face. Querque staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Querque has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Tug is trying to keep an underhook but Querque manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Tug pushes Querque off and gets back to his feet.
Querque has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tug finds it's way round the side to connect with Querque's head.
Tug feints a jab promting Querque to slip. Tug then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Querque slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Mark Tug showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Tug gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Querque to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Tug is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Querque presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Querque keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tug's efforts to push away.
Tug wants to get back to striking at distance but Querque won't allow it.

Querque tightens his grip and picks Tug up, before dumping him to the ground. Tug manages to land in guard.

Querque shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tug as he avoids it easily.
Tug wants to slow Querque down by chopping away at his legs.
Mark Tug is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tug throws a chopping leg kick but Querque manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Tug fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Querque checks it well.
Querque shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tug defends it nicely.
Tug lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Querque backs up against the cage.

Tug is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Querque rather than just go for the knockout.
Querque attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Tug pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Querque fails to land with a series of punches.
Tug lands a nice shot to the body.
Tug throws a right hand that Querque ducks under and follows up with a left that Querque also avoids with ease.

Tug lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Querque closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Querque pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Tug fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Tug misses with a series of wild punches.
Tug has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Tug gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Tug looking to hit a scissor sweep but Querque is one step ahead there.

Querque postures up in Tug's guard and throws a big left but Tug blocks it.
Querque trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Querque is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Querque gets to his feet. Tug looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Tug misses with a low kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tug pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Querque back to the cage. Tug follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Querque gets the takedown into side control.
Querque is looking to take a break and control but Tug is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Tug wants to control but Querque postures up.
Tug misses with a strike from the bottom.
Albert Querque has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Querque looks up at the clock and then as Tug takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Querque smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

And that's the end of the fight!
Mark Tug comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Tug winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
