Smoker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Smoker drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Smoker jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Smoker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Smoker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Smoker got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Smoker has managed to get both his arms back between Chan's legs - danger averted.

Chan is looking to stand up but Smoker isn't so interested in that idea.
My spies in Quarantine Bubble Gym inform me that Smoker has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
