Geoffries gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Coyle to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Coyle is standing up over Geoffries. Geoffries looks to escape but Coyle dives into side control.

Coyle closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Geoffries is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Coyle to keep the fight standing.
Geoffries wants to get back to striking at distance but Coyle won't allow it.

Geoffries throws a head kick but Coyle moves out of range.

Geoffries is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Coyle is aware though and is defending well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Geoffries is working to avoid the ground and pound but Coyle connects with a decent elbow.

Coyle shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Geoffries napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Geoffries tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
