Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Uriah Small (ranked 17879 p4p, 2255 weight class) and Tyler Sparr (ranked 612 p4p, 275 weight class). Sparr has chosen Sleepwalking by Chain Gang of 1974 as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.

Small scoring well with a low kick there.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sparr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Small uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sparr.
Sparr pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sparr throws a series of punches but Small avoids them all with ease.
Sparr dives in for a single leg takedown but Small sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
