PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Conor Twelve (ranked 4524 p4p, 3067 weight class) and Mate Orsic (ranked 0 p4p, 368 weight class). Twelve comes into the arena with Notorious REMIX blaring out of the sound system. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The crowd cheers as Twelve lands an impressive looking overhand right. Orsic doesn't seem phased though.
Orsic throws a lazy right hand but Twelve sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Orsic just misses with a punch to the body.
Twelve fires out a quick counter leg kick but Orsic just manages to avoid it.
Twelve scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Orsic drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Orsic looks to land a left hand but Twelve moved out of range nicely.
Twelve with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Orsic to score with a decent uppercut.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Orsic has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Oh Twelve is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
