Drivas has chosen Rob Hubbard - Commando as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Stavros Drivas acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stavros Drivas!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drivas moves into range and clinches up with Williams.
Williams scores with a nice hook to the head.
Drivas can't break the clinch.
Williams wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A knee to the head by Drivas.


It looks like jabez Williams has been cut.
Drivas tries to score a body lock takedown but Williams shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Drivas has Williams pressed against the cage.

Drivas pulls guard effortlessly.
Drivas has a closed guard, preventing Williams from standing up.
Williams trying to control but Drivas is working from the bottom.
Drivas is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Drivas working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Williams.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drivas lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Williams!
Williams's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Williams is looking to get to half guard.
You get the feeling that Williams really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Drivas scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Williams flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Drivas postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Williams looks a forlorn figure.
Drivas lands a nice shot to the head.
Williams is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Drivas looking to finish Williams with some ground and pound. This is bad for Williams!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Williams tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drivas lands with some strikes.
Williams is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Drivas unloading with bombs!
Drivas takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Williams takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Drivas looking to control but Williams is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Drivas controlling his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Drivas breaks from Williams's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Drivas lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Williams might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Drivas working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Drivas cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Drivas cracks Williams with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stavros Drivas!
