Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between LL Jay (ranked 1232 p4p, 1567 weight class) and Real Deal (ranked 187 p4p, 231 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Deal looks to land a combination but Jay avoids it well.
Jay fails with an attempt to clinch.
Deal takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Deal connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jay avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Deal throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

It looks like Real Deal has been cut.
Deal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Jay fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Deal on the side of the head.
Deal uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jay has time to react.

Jay walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jay swings wildly with an uppercut but Deal uses good head movement to avoid it.

Deal throws a hook to the side of Jay's head but Jay sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jay lands with an overhand left.
Jay fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Deal manages to avoid it.
Deal walks straight into a right hand from Jay - that's dropped him! Jay jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Deal from any more punishment! Deal complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

LL Jay bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
