Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Coiote Magrin (ranked 1920 p4p, 1196 weight class) and Jason Rocks (ranked 281 p4p, 185 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Coiote Magrin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Coiote Magrin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Coiote Magrin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Rocks!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.

Magrin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Magrin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rocks, pushing him back against the cage.

We've been informed that Rocks has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Rocks just misses with a elbow thrown towards Magrin's brow.

Magrin has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rocks uses from the top position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Magrin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rocks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Magrin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rocks is fighting to break Magrin's control of his arms but Magrin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
