Skelton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tanaka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Tanaka makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Skelton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Tanaka stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Tom Skelton has been cut.

Skelton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tanaka paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tanaka! But no joy.

Skelton doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Skelton is breathing heavily.

Tanaka lands a big uppercut and Skelton crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Skelton looks OK. Tanaka waves Skelton back to his feet!

Tanaka moves in close and cracks Skelton with a massive right hand! Skelton, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Tanaka!
