Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Magudo Ahmswe (ranked 5039 p4p, 7027 weight class) and Nacochata Nakashi (ranked 583 p4p, 659 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magudo Ahmswe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nacochata Nakashi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.

Ahmswe misses with a two punch combination.
Nakashi has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Ahmswe is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Nakashi steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ahmswe. That one must have hurt.
Ahmswe tries to land a front kick but Nakashi steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Ahmswe rushes Nakashi and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Ahmswe definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ahmswe throws an elbow that misses.
Nakashi throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Nakashi misses with a knee to the head.
Nakashi can't find room to land a body shot as Ahmswe controls the action.

Ahmswe escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ahmswe tries to land a leg kick but Nakashi saw it coming and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nakashi looks to score with a jab to the body but Ahmswe is just out of range.

and Nakashi counters with a nice uppercut.

and Nakashi counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Ahmswe uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nakashi has time to react.
Ahmswe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nakashi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Ahmswe is pushing Nakashi up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Nakashi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Nakashi tries to work over Ahmswe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Nakashi is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

Nakashi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Nakashi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ahmswe was well out of range. Poor timing from Nakashi.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Nakashi is looking for the big counter here.
Ahmswe rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Nakashi counters with a one-two to the body.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ahmswe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nakashi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nakashi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Ahmswe walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Nakashi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

and Nakashi counters with a stiff right hand.

Magudo Ahmswe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nakashi is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Magudo Ahmswe.
Well Ahmswe has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
