Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Jonsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takamiyama Daigoro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jonsson comes to the cage accompanied by Roy Jones - Can't be touched. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Jonsson as Daigoro shoots in.
Jonsson wants to clinch up but Daigoro keeps it at a distance.
Daigoro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jonsson circles away.

Jonsson has managed to clinch.
Jonsson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Daigoro.
Pekka Jonsson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Takamiyama Daigoro.

Daigoro manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Daigoro is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jonsson is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Daigoro pulls Jonsson in to control the position.
Daigoro's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Daigoro has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jonsson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jonsson is fighting to break Daigoro's control of his arms but Daigoro is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Jonsson gets to his feet - Daigoro follows without any prompting.
Jonsson is looking to clinch.
Jonsson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Daigoro paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jonsson wants to clinch up but Daigoro keeps it at a distance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jonsson forces Daigoro back against the cage and clinches.
Jonsson lands a damaging elbow.

It looks like Takamiyama Daigoro has been cut.
Jonsson gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Jonsson prevents the takedown attempt.
Daigoro looks gassed!
Daigoro looking for a takedown.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Daigoro.
Daigoro jumps guard but Jonsson stands there with Daigoro around his waist. Daigoro gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jonsson creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Daigoro's defenses.
Jonsson looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Jonsson unloads a knee to the mid-section. Daigoro lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Jonsson lands a nice elbow.

That has opened up Takamiyama Daigoro's cut even more.
Daigoro takes an elbow to the temple.

Jonsson breaks the clinch.

Jonsson moves into the clinch.
Jonsson lands an elbow that stopped Daigoro in his tracks for a moment.

The cut above Takamiyama Daigoro's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Jonsson lands an elbow just above Daigoro 's eye.

Takamiyama Daigoro's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Takamiyama Daigoro's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
