Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marcos Fernandes de Omena!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bobson tries to clinch up but de Omena circles away and keeps his distance.
de Omena takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
de Omena misses with a body shot.
de Omena throws a jab but it's blocked by Bobson.
Bobson shoots in but de Omena avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Robert Bobson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bobson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but de Omena avoids it really well and circles away.
Bobson throws a right hand that de Omena ducks under and follows up with a left that de Omena also avoids with ease.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bobson shoots for a double leg takedown but de Omena sprawls well. He's pushed Bobson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bobson has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of de Omena's face.

de Omena tries to buck Bobson off but he can't manage it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

de Omena is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Bobson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bobson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. de Omena looks a forlorn figure.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
de Omena keeps the fight on the outside.
Bobson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bobson scores with a sloppy right hand. de Omena should have avoided that one.
Bobson just misses with a punch to the body.
de Omena swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Bobson counters with a nice double leg into side control. de Omena won't be happy with that.
Bobson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
de Omena really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bobson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bobson postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
de Omena is not content to let Bobson control the position.

de Omena is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
de Omena wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Bobson.
Bobson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. de Omena looks a forlorn figure.
Bobson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but de Omena manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bobson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear de Omena down.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bobson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bobson tries to score a power double leg takedown but de Omena sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bobson somewhat.

Bobson closes the distance and clinches up with de Omena, looking for a takedown. Bobson pushes de Omena against the ropes but de Omena circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bobson dives in and grabs de Omena's left leg, looking for a takedown. de Omena pushes down on Bobson's head and hops out.

and Bobson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Bobson shoots for a double leg takedown but de Omena sprawls well. He's pushed Bobson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

de Omena uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bobson.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bobson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bobson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by de Omena.
de Omena lands a really nice looking cross but Bobson seems unphased.

de Omena jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Horrible takedown by Bobson or perhaps it was just good defense by de Omena which made him look bad.

de Omena jabs Bobson right on the nose. Bobson blinks but takes it well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bobson wants to clinch.
Bobson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A jab lands there for de Omena.
de Omena throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bobson wants to clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bobson tries to clinch but de Omena moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight!
Marcos Fernandes de Omena comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bobson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
