Brooks keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Brooks postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Scholes is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brooks, into his guard.

Brooks is trying to hold Scholes in close to prevent damage but Scholes has managed to pass into half guard.

Scholes is looking for a kimura but Brooks is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Scholes to get the leverage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
