Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Torje (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Blood Brothers - Papa Roach as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Gabriel Torje had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a series of punches but Torje avoids them all with ease.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Torje throws a jab but it's blocked by Silva.
Torje looks for the body kick but Silva saw that one coming.
Silva looks to land a combination but Torje avoids it well.

Torje attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Silva lands a jab-cross combination.
Silva stalks Torje and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Torje's face. Torje staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Gabriel Torje has been cut.
Silva avoids a kick to the body.
Torje shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Gabriel Torje will probably get the nod.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Torje gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Good standup being displayed there by Silva as he connects with a hook.
Torje shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Torje gets slowly back to his feet.

so Torje counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Silva not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Silva connects with a stiff jab that staggers Torje - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
