Mcclean is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Nordquist knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Nordquist for a finish.

Nordquist lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Nordquist shoots in looking for a takedown. Mcclean tries to sprawl out of it but Nordquist keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mcclean manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Mcclean. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Nordquist is wriggling around but Mcclean manages to pass to half guard.
Nordquist misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Mcclean seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Nordquist is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
