The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faria tries to clinch up.
Dubois fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dubois has a takedown stuffed.
Dubois misses with an attempted mid kick.
Faria stuffs the takedown attempt from Dubois. Dubois gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Dubois. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Faria ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dubois moves away.
Dubois throws a hook to the side of Faria's head but Faria sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dubois will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Faria lands a high kick!
Faria stalks Dubois and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dubois's face. Dubois staggers backwards, shaken.

Dubois looks to clinch
and Faria counters with a nice low kick that buckles Dubois's knee momentarily.
Oh Dubois is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dubois is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Faria fakes the body blow, causing Dubois to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Dubois goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
