Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ozkar Hootenanny!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juro Fujimoto!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.

Hootenanny misses with a wild body shot.
Fujimoto has his takedown stuffed
and Hootenanny counters with a left to the body.
Fujimoto throws a head kick that misses.

Fujimoto fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hootenanny to the ground. Fujimoto is now in Hootenanny's guard.

Hootenanny kicks Fujimoto off and gets to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hootenanny bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fujimoto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hootenanny's waist but Hootenanny gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fujimoto off to one side.
A quick step to the side and Hootenanny tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fujimoto blocks a jab.
Fujimoto is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

and Hootenanny counters with a right hand to the body.
Ozkar Hootenanny has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juro Fujimoto.
Fujimoto shoots in looking for a takedown. Hootenanny tries to sprawl out of it but Fujimoto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hootenanny manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ozkar Hootenanny is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hootenanny checks a low kick from Fujimoto.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hootenanny slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Fujimoto is rocked!
Fujimoto tries to clinch
and Hootenanny counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Fujimoto out cold! What a finish! Hootenanny is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ozkar Hootenanny!
An out of breath Ozkar Hootenanny thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
